  My 7 year old stepdaughter has been going here for several years. Recently we've become pretty disappointed in their therapist. They don't really update us on the progress of our daughter. They let us know if she had any problems during therapy. But, nothing proactive letting us knock w what we should work on at home or new things to try. Also, they don't make scheduling convent for the families at all. I guess maybe nobody else any better when you deal with anything in the medical industry. It's all about the Benjamin's

  We are grateful for the Communication Innovations playgroup. In some environments it feels like we're working hard to cope or keep up, but not so at C.I. It is refreshing to be at C.I. where we can move at our child's pace in a supportive, low pressure environment. We don't feel like outsiders trying to fit in; we feel understood. Staff is knowledgable, creative, and personable. We have a great time!

  I've never been disappointed by any of the therapists. We see an OT and a Speech Therapist. Sometimes, depending on the semester, we'll have to switch up the schedule and see someone else, but it is as if they never miss a beat. They are very good at communicating with one another and aligning my child's goals between the two. They are helpful with school situations, have worked with my child's teachers, and overall, have made me much more confident as a parent of a child with different needs. I'm very grateful to CI and all they have done for our family.
